3. Data handled by the editorial workflows

For social accounts that authorize an integration, workflows may process comment identifiers, publicly displayed usernames, comment text, video identifiers, response drafts, editorial approvals, publishing records and technical deduplication/error data. Commenters' passwords are not required.

• Manage comments on authorized accounts with contextual editorial review.
• Draft AI-assisted reply suggestions for a human editor.
• Prevent duplicates and unauthorized publishing.

Depending on the authorized workflow, service providers may include Make (automation), OpenAI API (text assistance), Google Sheets and Gmail (coordination and logging), the relevant social platform and Cloudflare (hosting). Their use depends on the integration and applicable permissions. This website does not sell personal data to advertisers.

Operational records are retained as needed for editorial review, auditability, errors and applicable obligations. Specific retention periods are reviewed per integration. Access controls, per-comment reservation and express human approvals are used. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
